We respectfully request at least 72 hours' notice for appointment cancellations.  Please understand that when you miss your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

We now require at 25% deposit to confirm your booking.  This deposit is fully refundable where your appointment is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment.  

Any cancellations or amendments made within 48 - 72 hours in advance of your appointments will result in your deposit being transferable only.

Cancellations or amendments made with less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit being retained by Laurel & Mane.

This cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our waiting guests of appointment availability.  Our aim is to provide an excellent service level and this policy helps us to achieve this.
